Mine was a gift from my girls about 10? years ago. So it has done very well IMO. I will buy a repalcement and am now keen on the removable grill plates one.

true richo, garage sale fodder for sure. decor wine coolers (aust design award winners) are something i see at heaps of GS too.
the non -george grill we have here isn't as good as a George, but cost more. it is useful, but i don't seem to use it much .

My daughter had a non George one too.
The garage sale George is heaps better.
I see coffee machines at garage sales too. Some really good ones a lot cheaper than the shop price. Often they're still with box.

yes, and other kitchen appliances. but hardly ever that Grace Secombe kookaburra, or the Jaeger Lecoutre clock i'm looking for
