lol maybe, up to the near end of the screen (left) theres paving, behind that where the logs are i'd like to wack in a shed, but no point spending money on improvements as it will be sold as a developement property eventually

Yep,might as well spend the $$$$ on something worthwhile.

We spruced up my parents house,fences,painting,fretwork,& stuff. Was only about 5 years until they were both gone.

House was sold to developers to build townhouses
