The Harleys have a certain apeal to them and are certanly easier to work on than the Suzis
That said you have to spend a lot of money to make a Harly keep up with a 109
Mine has a TRE, power commander plus auto tune and de-baffled
I have to take it easy as it pulls so hard it hurts my back across the shoulders from hanging on
Its like holding onto a rocket when its wide open

i'd be happy with a classic cruiser i think hawk, would still have mobs of power to spare - enough to keep us happy, just to enjoy & appreciate the thing will do (no competition involved, lol
