I weakened tonight and turned on two panel heaters, not for me but for Lilli 🙂

She was acting all cold and would not get off my knee so I could make a coffee.

Just had a look around the boards, every one must be hibernating for winter, nothing interesting.

Glad you know hubby is improving Katy, and you too Rose, hope the worst of it is over now?

Great Mother's Day yesterday, the best we have had for a very long time.  We had breakfast and lunch with a special support group of 25 friends, we've been doing this for years now and yesterday was so special out of them all.  There is something we all have in common but won't go into it here, but I can say that healing and strengthening over the years has been worth it.

Morning all.

Nice to hear you all had a lovely day yesterday. It was quiet here, we are staying in atm because of OH's injury. It is aching somewhat, so he is better off at home in the warm.

Oldest son rang from up Newcastle way, and youngest one came around with choc's. Always welcome. 🙂 Daughter visited with the kids too, and more choc's and some lovely hair stuff. 

I need a bit of a rest today, the doggie troop is here, and also Jacob. I seem to be up and down all the time, poor knees.

Having something of a day off today to do some fun things .. bit of sewing, bit of this, bit of that .... 

Should be doing some work but I just don't want to, it's a gorgeous day and I'm going to make the best of it ...
