Good afternoon all.
Sounds like fun Lion.
Well I did something this morning I have never ever done before.
I chucked towels in with hubbies underwear in the washing machine. 🙂
Always sorted washing into correct loads, never mixed them up.
And b****r it, I am going to do it again! OH does it when he does a load of washing on the weekends. I figure if he doesn't care about the lint on his undies why should I.
Very liberating.

LOL Katy my husband used to do that, we had a law in our house that he was never to wash any thing of mine, this was after he ruined a beautiful jumper of mine.
Happy Valentines day, I have run out of vases so many flowers LOL just kidding.
My grand son bought me a rose as he did not want me to feel left out, I nearly cried.

*Linted Undies*, how absolutely splendid! It sounds like a new fashion trend for the summer >>> "The New Down Under Hairies" .... love it .... ![]()
Good morning Katy, Rose, Flannie and absolutely everyone xxxx
It's been a few days of getting ready for the weekend which is a bit unusual for this neck of the woods, but here it is at last and it's all going to be fun, no work at all!

Good morning all.
Lol Tas, I am sure he doesn't even notice the lint. I find myself taking some shortcuts as I get older. That will be a new one for the list. lol.
Nice little bit of rain during the night. I even managed to have a sleep in this morning as it was so nice and cool. I hope the sun stays away though otherwise the humidity will return.
I am going to have to tidy out the baking cupboard this morning. OH wants to make some egg and bacon pies, and needs particular pans. They seem to be hiding. Might be a good chance to throw some stuff out.
Have a good day all.

Oh tell me about it Katy ...
... I've reshuffled our pantry so many times in the last few weeks that it's a wonder I know where anything is or belongs ... having reshelved it, it's hard to get used to it as it's a walk in one.
But I agree with you, "throw out" time is delightful for the op-shop as well as friends ... ![]()

I have a walk in pantry too Tas, freezer one end and loads of shelves. Seems the bigger storage area the more junk ends up in there. I do know where everything is (sort of), it is just that there is too much stuff. Only OH and I live here now after almost 40 years of kids at home. I have to get realistic about what we actually need now. So........ some big casserole dishes and saucepans are heading for the op shop. I have just kept one of each for family dinners, but the rest I won't use now.

Katy ...
... I have a friend that has a kitchen within a kitchen setup. There's the normal kitchen, then a big pantry, then another door that leads straight into a room with a counter that goes right around it and cupboards above and below. All her appliances are in there: mixer, food processor, slow cooker, everything out and plugged into separate power points. It's amazing, and the house was built in 1992 by her husband and of course, she designed it ...
, it's just amazing. It's not a big house though and you would never guess.

Good Morning every one XXXX
Tas that sounds like a ideal kitchen to me.
I cleaned out my cupboards before I came back to NZ but I still have stuff I will never use but cant seem to part with.
I have Cobalt Blue Anchor Hocking Big casserole dishes and Pie dishes, Pyrex Purple pie dishes.
So pretty but I dont use them.
Just reading around and I think the Mods have done a course in Behavioral science, we are sort of lab rats hahahaha
