katy i have the hrt patches ..only been on them for a week

have to put a new one on every 3 days ..they keep coming off ..silly things

felt something on my new jammies last night ...thought it  had come of

woke up this morning with a sticker on my tummy saying brushed for comfort ..lmao!

right next to my patch !

Annie please dont stay on those patches for to long, women who stay on them for over a couple of years are more susceptible to Breast cancer, told to me by Doctor Dan.

Cool here tonight says 5 degrees but feels warmer, may be because I have on a woolly jumper and ugg boots.
