Let's have a survival story for a change:
Ten days ago, Kathleen Watson thought she'd spoken to her husband Ken for the final time.
The 70-year-old grandfather had lost consciousness and was struggling to breathe – placed in a coma as coronavirus ravaged his body.
He had been without medical care for 12 hours while quarantined in a Perth hotel.
"But today he's got his strong voice back and it was absolutely – it's a miracle," Mrs Watson told 9News.
He will have to return multiple negative test results before he's released into self-isolation with Mrs Watson, who has formed antibodies against the killer virus.

"Cosmologically speaking we are all little more than a bacterial film on a soft rock hurtling through an unimaginable void.
Don't take it all too seriously".
Well at present the soft rock is looking much healthier because of little more than a microscopic virus. I'll start taking it less seriously when that little virus stops killing people.

Ok, so shoot me if I'm oversimplifying this, but don't they take amounts of a given disease and inject it into ppl so they can build up immunity to it? Isn't that basically the vaccine?

You are correct. There were heaps of before and after pictures on this evening's news. Most of the befores show smog, most of the afters show what is there.

We always had a choice regarding cleaning up our planet.
The price was invariably massive unemployment.
Looks like our planet is becoming cleaner because we are
involuntarily paying the price.
