The three NSW electricity providers have advised that any election posters placed on electricity poles by state election candidates are illegal.
Furthermore, the electricity providers have advised that they will remove any unauthorised election posters and will bill the political party which had put them up there.
Whilst all Liberal candidates have been asked to ensure that none of their election posters are placed on any electricity poles – we have been made aware of a number of occurrences where Labor and Greens candidates have simply ignored the ban.
If you see any unauthorised Labor, Green or union election posters up on an electricity pole, please report it to us as soon as possible. Please email polewatch@nsw.liberal.org.au with date, time and location details (including closest intersection details), as well as a photo if possible, and we will report the breach to the relevant authorities. |
Not only are we subjected to outright lies by Union ads we are now subjected to the most outrageous lies in a phone poll I have ever done.

Yesterday Unions NSW called me (randomly) to participate in a poll on the election.
They push polled, asking who I would vote for? a proposal to sell off our public hospitals, Tafe and electricity infrastructure.
Or the party who would not sell off these items.
All these questions are blatant lies and the push was really hard because they couched the same questions in 3 different ways.
Lies and total lies is what the unions are Pushing in NSW and labor is behind it 100%.
I know this from the first hand poll I participated in.
The poll was run by Unions NSW by Ask Australia Research.

I most certainly did not... the accusations from some people here are just downright silly
I am pleased though that people like martini with a pretty sensible outlook can see my post for what it really was
She puffed up with indignation and left but not before leaving a little present, iykwim.
no I didn't, I went out for the day. I thoroughly reccomend people doing that every now then, sometimes it can give you a clearer perspective on reality when you do RL things ...

For goodness sakes. What a load of rubbish gets posted on these boards some times.
You have to wonder at how empty some peoples lives are.
I notice you're here, Martini....

'You have to wonder at how empty some peoples lives are.'
Very empty when some appear to spend almost all their waking hours posting !
Sad really

and if you're not here posting... like if you dare to actually go out, people accuse you of running away from ..something.... weird!
so some people just can't do anything right... apparently
