Pauline Hanson has demanded Queensland's Labor government reopen the state's borders by Thursday, or face legal action in the High Court.

The One Nation senator made the threat on Wednesday after accusing Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk of "destroying people's lives" and livelihoods, and branding the border closures unconstitutional.

I'm glad she didn't give into Hanson's bullying..  let's see now if Hanson really does take it to court or was just grand-standing

i know it's tough on tourism operaters.. but they would lose more money if they're open for business with no customers

Name calling or modifying a person’s name to attack them or poke fun is a desperate ploy to deflect from the subject.

Donald Trump does it all the time and we saw a little bit of it in our last election.

Heaven help us if our pollies go down the Trump path of assigning disparaging nicknames to multiple political opponents.

Now, that didn’t happen here . . . it was icy that resorted to using a disparaging and disrespectful play on the Qld premier’s name.  Shame on you.

There is a bit of this going on down here in Victoria at the moment.  A wannabe Liberal Party leader is taking every opportunity he can in tweets and interviews to use disparaging terms aimed at Premier Daniel Andrews.  I’m not going to list his ‘insults’ here as that would give them airtime they do not deserve.

When his leader was challenged about this MP’s insults he gave some lame excuse/explanation and said he wouldn’t tell him to stop (probably afraid it would weaken his hold on the leadership).
