Well, Happy Birthday, anyway, Kilroy. May you get cake and chocolate, like me.

My son bought my present/s yesterday. I know it is Lindt chocolate because that's about all I ever have for birthdays, Christmas and Mothers' Day.

I told him to only spend half his allowance on my present, and he smiled and said "I'm 17 now, you don't get to tell me how much I can spend on your present".

I ordered some special things for him from Woollies because I bet he spent all his allowance on me.

Dinner (OK, it was lunchtime), was delicious. Lamb cutlets, potatoes, onions, carrots ... big marinade of lemon juice, garlic, fresh basil, rosemary, mint.

I'm a happy camper 🙂
