Has anyone bought eyeglasses online?

Where you choose your frame and send your prescription with measurements

from your old glasses. 

Has anyone done this and were they ok?

Just interested as they are so much cheaper and some of the

frames look nice.

Haven't ordered eyeglasses online, Bright, but I have ordered contact lenses many times and have been very pleased with the price and quick service.

Thanks monsters, that's good to know.  I guess it must work as 

so many people do it.  Anyway it's too late for me as I've already

ordered mine from the optician, but looking online they seem 

so much cheaper, and a good selection of frames.
