Sure, maybe some junior office person made a Mock up one or someone else made one somewhere along the line - but as yet, do we have that small thing called PROOF that this menu was even at the function? The menu distributed for all of the guests to peruse?

A chef doesn't commit professional suicide like is suggested, a restaurant capable of hosting a function at $1000 per head in a competitive market would not sit by and have their reputation smeared, and every other restaurant within cooee would be having a field day.
