I haven't been southbound for probably six years.
I will definitely be in Sydney. Maroubra, and I would no doubt check out the old haunts. Newtown, and of course The Rocks.
Hopefully down to Melbourne for a day or two.
How much change in six years, am I going to get lost

So close lol.
We are kicking ourselves that we sold our little place. We sold it about 10 years ago for next to nothing. And then the one next door sold for 4 years ago for $935,000!!

Yes same scenario really. We had started the renovations, however ex was not a smart renovator and hard started on nearly every room instead of completing one and moving on. The job offer came and suddenly we had a house that was a renovators dream lol and fetched us not much at all compared to it's real worth.
It was a double property, one part was two storey and the other side one storey. I would so like to see what a smart renovator did with it.

I think NSW is really over-rated, especially Sydney: average restaurants, crowded, nothing but a harbour and a bridge...meh.

Sydney is fabulous, obviously you haven't been there for decades.
