I think it’s a poorly worded and very distasteful strategy to promote heart health.
While I know that sometimes you need to give the cold hard facts, this commercial doesn’t do that!
I think it it should be pulled.

I think the ad is terrible... that is not the way to encourage people to have heart checks.
I get that they want to shock people into taking action but imo there are better ways to do it

I don't know that it is heartless, but it is worthless.
They are trying for the shock tactics but a lot of studies have shown that the worse you make something appear, the less people listen to it as they don't think it will apply to them.
There is no useful information in that ad. No information about how to recognise a heart attack, who could be a victim, not even any information of how to go about getting yourself checked out. It's what I see as a soppy ad and it's written by someone who is driven by emotions and not logic. It doesn't fly with me.
PS And they need a better voice over. Some one with a clearer voice and message.
