She was an amazing young lady, so brave and accepting of her condition. Yes, she has a beautiful rose named after her EM. She avoids publicity, she was to star in A Country Practice, but decided the publicity that would evoke was something she didn't want.

Yes sandy she did, the first she rejected, so she received her 2nd heart - Dr. Victor Chang was the surgeon.

You are right. I should have used the term 'anti-rejection drugs', which are more severe than just steroids. Especially when started at puberty, or earlier.
