The government do not force people to abort fetuses. The have made sure it's not an easy process and have made counselling mandatory before the procedure is allowed to go ahead.

It is a choice for women to make not government.

Nobody's forcing vaccinations either.

The government is withdrawing family benefits and making child care unavailable to those who choose not to vaccinate.

They justify it by saying they're protecting the lives of children.

My point was, they don't seem to have the same care for protecting the lives of children when it comes to legalising and providing funding for aborting unborn children.

Surely vaccination should also be a matter of choice?

I agree, it should be a matter of choice rather than government making it mandatory.  

The policy they plan to introduce is more likely to get people digging in their heels than to change their minds.  Is there an effective way of getting people to change their minds about the vaccination program without turning it into a war on those who are against vaccination because the antivacc crowd have them afraid of vaccinations?

Please provide an academic report of a child that has died from a vaccination in the few couple of decades from a western country. If you want to bring up the example of Lyla Rose Belkin, please supply something (ANYTHING!) other than the fathers (unmedical) testimony at congress that shows that vaccination was the cause of her death 10 years ago.

Please do not include those deaths where other factors were at play. Such as children who had other health issues already.

And please do not quote the VAERS statistics witout explaining that the stats are a general, non-conclusive report that indiscriminantly lists deaths in babies that occurr within 6 months of vaccination. Because it also includes babies who were born with illnesses that would have caused their death and even babies that were murdered but who also happened to have been vaccinated within 6 months.
