How do you pronouce g a r a g e

Just recently I've heard a couple of people saying it as   gar ridge.  I've alway said  gar rar ge.

Am I just not posh.

I say gar arj - sort of like barge but with a soft g at the end - like taj mahal I guess. Stonger inflection on the second syllable

I've been noticing that in some UK TV shows, they say garridge, have to stop and think what they're talking about. At my place, we say garraage
