How does the reporting system work?

Do you now get to give a real reason for reporting to a real human?

I just clicked out of curiosity and a box came up.

Not sure if I have been reported but have received 2 messages from mods about either removing or revising a couple of my posts.

Just guessing, you could click the inappropriate content link and just ask?  It does limit what pics can be posted and removed now it isn't automated - no more Grandpa Trout.
