Http & Lock with Red Cross & Red Line Through It

Lately when I log in I'm getting the lock symbol with a red cross and the http with a red line through it.

Anyone else having problems? Is it safe?

I'm using Chrome

You should not get  lock/cross logging in here as it indicates a possible security problem with the site addressed.

However the problem is answered here far better  than I could   URL PROBLEMS

I ALWAYS had problems using chrome....

had to get rid of it!

I am the same JB, tried Chrome, then moved back to Firefox.
