What a fantastic dinner we had together 

A fave of mine this summer and prolly all the time LOLOLOL

BBQ meat and veg with potato (I made the potato in the oven with garlic and thyme)

Lovely Hubby is a Chef, so I'm really spoiled for choice as to what is my favourite Summer Fare. Although I think my most indulgent & totally 'don't watch the calories' is his Pork Tropicana.

Mango, either fresh or tinned – if tinned add juice as well.

Served with either crusty homemade bread or fresh crispy beans & Idaho potatoes topped with crunchy asparagus.
