renovated well / nothing to be done / solid kitchen / wooden floor / reverse cycle air conditioning

in sydney's west, 4 km from university / near shops

nothing fancy at all, an smaller older unit, but solid.

very happy, been looking at units for investment and they are selling within days so had to act
