Continue to report them. I doubt that you would know what happened. There are robot machines working day and night cross-checking every person's files in one department against those in other departments. That is the main way that fraud is detected.

I doubt that you would know what happened.
I doubt that had it been investigated and acted upon that the people involved would be able to continue their rorting. I also dobbed in a business for paying welfare recipients cash and not declaring them as employess, based on the fact they continue this practice I assume that was never investigated either.
