I get emails saying my PW has changed- yet can't log i to change it- or send complaint! HELP!

Trying to change PW, but can't....... trying to email eBay but can't - because my new PW I have reset (a few times now) doesn't work!

What now?

Oh, ok. new to this board but not so new to ebay.

But your feedback is more than one year old.

My recommendation is to cancel your ebay account, since you don't seem to use it much anyway, then run a good virus checker prog, and if you want to register here with ebay again, then you make a new ID.

This seems to work for many people who post here. 😉

BTW, since you are signed in here, you can email ebay; it's just that ebay probably won't respond to you in any meaningful way.

Hey, sorry I didn't reply, the PW ended up working- just took time. I didn't come back to see if I had replies cos I didn't get any email notice about it til just now. I really appreciate that you tried to help, and feel quite bad that I left you hanging. Really very sorry. 

Oh, not sure why you made a point of the exclamation mark at the end of my handle, is that supposed to mean something?  

While I'm here, yes I was worriwd I'd been hacked, is that a common thing? Can people actually have money taken from an eBay account from a hack? Is there redress for this in the event of it actually happening?
