Oh yes the little tackas are priceless.
After family visits the other day young secondhand said (he's 2 and a bit)
"Naww why'd my cousins have to go bye bye"
I explained it to him as simply as I could.
His dissappointed reply "Oh maaaaan"
It was just so cute
One other absolutely hilarious one the other day.
Big sis got out a bunch of grapes And he got all excited and said for the longest time
"Graaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaakes" "Grakes"
We larfed till our sides hurt ❤️

Fond memory of a little girl.
I was lying there, feigning sleep.
Having stood by the bed and waited s-o--o--o long, (about 20 seconds)
she raised my eyelid and asked
"Are you in there, mum?"

When my niece was little, she asked me if she can pet my cat. I said "I don't know, can you?..
He's not gonna bite me is he?
I suppose it's possible, I can't read the cat's mind
come here and hold him down so i can pet him..
well then he'll bite me!
I couldn't contain myself as she inched tward that sleepy cat. Every time she put her hand close, the cat turned his head to look and she pulled back afraid.. But this gave the cat the impression that she wanted to play, not just pet the cat, so the cat did try to claw and bite. I was rolling in laughter.

When my daughter was small, and pretty good at the potty training procedure. used to walk past the bathroom in the middle of the night to stand over me in my bed and say......"Mom, it's okay, I can go to the bathroom by myself."
I'd whisper to myself 'then why didn't you do it without wakng me?' ROFLOL 🙂
