What is one thing that many would consider a simple task that you have never done?

I have never cooked a roast chicken.

I always had a bad oven so never bothered to cook one and now i have a great over but have still never done it

I love watching the kids on their skateboards. When they're not getting in the way of pedestrians of course 

If I was a teenager again, I think I'd take it up.
