It was very interesting to hear what Peta and Tony had to say on the subject.
It is a shame then that they only speak to invited guests, at this dinner only members of the LNP? Why not try and influence voters that aren't committed LNP supporters by speaking and answering their questions and trying to win their votes?

Tony Abbott is participating in the Run Melbourne event in support of the Little Learners autism centre... he does a HUGE amount of work for carers and the disabled as well as indigenous communities... he has helped raise millions for charities...
If you really think that he will not go ahead with the Disability Scheme or even keep going with some form of education reform you are so wrong.

It is really sad that small businesses will have to bear the burnden of these increases at a time when they are struggling.... these increases along with the wage increases are putting a strain them.
I agree that we need to increase the base wage.. I can see the benefits of increased super... BUT did anyone consider the flow on affect and the stalling of new jobs?
Our region has it's new unemployment rate and it is 9.9%..... not looking good for us right now.

Of-course, politicians are so friendly and lovely talking to the constituents; they want you to vote for them. Have you wondered what they might really think?
Remember Gordon Brown?

that sort of answer isn't the kind some of us want Cats Back....being told we are wrong is not an answer .
You have read enough of other people's views (even just here ) to have an idea what problems may exist for the party ...did you take those to him ? or was it not relevent as we are all wrong ? how does that help him ? He needs to listen to all of us .
Why play up his looks ?
Is this thread meant to help the party ?

He needs to do a lot more than tell everyone else they are wrong.Making my vote about my gender not my personal views is insulting imo.....give me credit for knowing what I want and don't want for not only myself but for this Country
