It's a big deal to me.
I managed to let go of the handles on the treadmill today (yes, while it was moving). This may not sound like much to many of you but it's a biggy to me. I was walking at 2km per hour.
I really was sort of marching more than walking and my hands didn't stray too far from the handles.
So I know I'll never be a marathon runner or even a 'street walker', (walking outside the house) but I do intend to beat this arachnoiditis and have a comfortable, healthy life.

Having only been on a treadmill once in my life (for a stress test) I am impressed that anyone goes on again, so letting go while it is moving is super amazing! Well done.

Well done Dixo 🙂 I am glad you are having some success with treatment.
I saw this today and thought of you and now I feel it is very appropriate 🙂

I love that one Prim, thanks.
Hey *elizabeths-mum*, I hear what you're saying. The treadmill and things like escalators as well can make me feel unsteady. My equilibrium goes all out of whack and the eyes have to stay looking downwards.
Thanks for the encouragement.
