I have no idea who posted the original post cause I have that person on ignore. I wish you people would stop quoting them! :^O

But I didn't realise Neo-Liberal was an actual bona fide term - I thought I was being clever when I (thought) made it up lol!

Anyway what it means (to me) is a person on the far right of the Liberal party with ideals way too close to a neo-nazi for my liking. Not sure if that is the real definition but it makes sense to me.
