A Taiwanese man has been arrested after neighbours complained he was cleaning their dirty cars in the early hours of the morning .......

The mystery car washer had targeted the unattended vehicles in the city of Taipei, walking from car to car with a cloth and polishing them until they sparkled, according to Japanese newspaper Xinhua.
