He killed her in the town square in front of hundreds of people because she begged him to leave ISIS.
I thought I'd heard every atrocity this terror group had committed including burning a person alive in a gage but this is worse than a dog turning on it's own.

Nobody is equating ISIS with the Bible, but if Christian fanatics wanted to find excuse for similar atrocities, they could also find it in the Bible. Israelis justify genocide of the Palestinians by their holly texts
By the way, the ISIS is killing mainly other Muslims. But for their caliphat to succed they need west to reject the moderate Muslims who are trying to find asylum there. When these people have nownere else to go, they would have to go back to the area occupied by daish.. So, blaming all Muslims for the actions of few is exactly what daish wants. Why do you think that a Syrian passport in good condition was found next to the body of one of the bombers in Paris despite the fact that the body was totally destroyed. They want people to turn against the refugees.

Sigh.
the hate speech from the Quran,(whilst that exist in the Quran they can not be the religion of peace), It wasn't even "written" until 25 years after the death of the "founder",(the word of that one man is what it is supposed to be,but as he wasn't alive when it was first produced who knows what that was supposed to be),

It'sort of bit like anything that happens in the world is possible to match to some of Nostradamus' rambling. The religious scholars study the old texts and interpret their meaning. Anybody can interpret it which ever way they wish. Just like some of the so called Christians in the world now, they do not believe in caring about others and claim that if they are rich and indulgent it is because God wants them to be that way. Jesus would not do too well in present day America. They would probably deport him as an illegal communist alien. 🙂

i don't think anyone will argue
there are religious hypocrites.
not caring about others or wanting
to be rich is not the same as brutally
executing people, including your
own mother.

We are discussing fanatics who hijacked religion to justify their absolutely abominable actions. So the fact that other religions have holly books that contain plenty of material that can be used to justify what ever they want is very relevant to the discussion.

and if the current global terrorist
threat was motivated by something
that was written in the bible - we would
be discussing that an no doubt there would
be calls for the churches to do something
about that.
no point in shifting the attention elsewhere.
