Dashcam of BRUTAL beatings by cops after stopping the wrong man. Pennsylvania State Police pursued Robert for a MINOR traffic violation that he apparently DID NOT commit. While Robert was detained he was nearly killed by the police while they executed their form of street justice. He suffered through 11 hours of multiple beatings. He was tasered at least 10 times. He was also chemically maced. He spent more than 2 1/2 years in JAIL. Robert was charged with felony assault on a police officer because the officer broke his hand when he punched Robert in the head with his fist while he was being detained! I am a bit confused as to why he didn't pull over, the not knowing the flashing lights was for him is a weak excuse. At the very least, he should have pulled over to let the cop go on past. This has happened on the road with me, I pull over, and they go on by, coming to a stop isn't that big of a deal. I did have one lady cop stop just to tell me it wasn't me she was pulling over asking why I stopped, I said "what am I supposed to think when i look in rear view and see your lights?" Apparently, she was just in a hurry to get somewhere. Yet stopped to ask me why I stopped. Even still, they really went over the top, as they have done many times before and after.

and to answer the shirt above, I'd sooner call a crackhead for help. I'd have to be strung out on crack or some really bad stuff to think I could get help from the police.

That person is just asking for trouble.  Why couldn't he just answer a simple question?  **bleep** he could of picked a town that he wasn't going to and told the cop that.  Acting like you have a bee up your butt is just asking for trouble.

every time I've been pulled up by the police, I have always been polite.  The only one to get narky was dog, she didn't like people coming up to HER car, but once she heard how I spoke to them, she was fine.  If you walk around with the chip on your shoulder for all to see, expect to be treated like the douchebag you are.

being polite is one thing, i'm always in favor of being polite, and always have been when talking to police. i see no reason to be rude. however, exersizing one's right/s is not being rude. the cop in that video seems to think it is.

If you follow my comments on youtube, you can see that I condem those for being rude to police, I just call it like i see it. In some of those videos I even side with the police, because they are not always in the wrong. Just because I post the police brutality stuff, many here think I am anti cop, i'm not. I'm anti corruption, anti abuse. People on another topic even think I wish police harm and am happy about the death of cops. That hurts, it's not true. I do not support or endorse any violence tward the police. I just want it to work both ways, give and take.

And i will issue a challenge video for video, article for article, that I can offer more examples of police corruption and cops abusing people, than anyone can of people abusing cops. Fact is people can't abuse cops the way cops can people, We don't have the jails, the courts, the state behind us, police do.

Why do you have to be vulgar and offensive?, The 2ed has nothing to do with the topic at hand. A piece of paper?, maybe, but that piece of paper only outlines what has been around since humankind. Before guns, it's not about guns, it's about the right to defend one'self and family. in the case of the 2ed, from tyranny, a tyranical government. same with the 1st, and 4th. these rights didn't come about when the bill of rights was being thought out, and these rights extend past America, to all humankind
