My posts were taken from a private forum and reproduced by persons other than myself here on eBay on the RTR Board by a regular member who frequently posts on that thread.

That is established fact - of that there is no confusion.

My ID from that forum was announced here, as it was again when I changed it. There was nothing wrong with any of the posts made in my name, regardless of who the real author was, so why they were reproduced here, is, as I said before, beyond me, unless that person wanted me to know that they knew.

This is also established fact about which there is no confusion.

I'm not a person who believes in coincidences, but when I know that that poster had access to my posts and my ID (without my consent or knowledge) and had the opportunity to change them before having them reproduced on this platform, then I can see how what the Trappers claim could be true.

crikey you didn't say if you were the only poster on the private forum ie a blog written by you that can only be read by members or was it open to all members/posters?

I'm being very careful to only speak for myself Bump. There were numerous posts from differing people that appeared on the RTR thread on eBay taken from an independent private forum. It was not a personal blog. They were not republished here by their original author.

However, my concern is to pursue only what happened to my post/s. I cannot act on or speak on behalf of anyone else. But I was not the only person it happened to.

My point was actually to show that posts apparently made by me in a different, private forum, were reproduced by a regular member of eBay who frequently posts on the RTR thread.

Clearly that poster had a copy of at least my ID, so it is also clear that they had the opportunity to change the content of that post before republishing it here on eBay.

Contact the ADMIN of the private forum, they are responsible if your privacy was invaded.
