nah - not really. Our culture typically views woman's breast in a sexual manner. And in public you're supposed to cover up those bits, wherever they are on the body.

Same could be said for a G-String (double standards) - on women, to me they don't seem out of place, but on a bloke -

It's legal for women to go topless in NYC and over the weekend the daughter of Bruce Willis went shopping around town as a protest. And of course....I missed it! 🙂

I think the double standard is more that good-looking topless chests on younger men and women are approved of while those on older people meet with distaste.
