Good luck to her. Many people get off for very low rage offences. She's an absolute star the way she managed the campaign.
The hatreds. and jealousy are going to come her way no matter what she does.

what's the limit?

Not good enough. Many people get hammered for low range drink driving offences and so they should. Over the legal limit = gets charged.

0.05 is the limit.
0.075 is not low range, it is over..................... she plead guilty? she only paid $69 costs.
Wrong. She should have had to at least pay costs and a fine.

I was going to ask what percentage of drivers get off scot free for similar offences, but since you must obviously have researched this question very thoroughly before making the above statement, I'm sure you will be able to tell me.

....sounds like a familiar and 'on topic' story.....our local paper recently published news that our shire finance manager and shire 2IC both got off fines/charges- one was caught driving his 4WD in a nature reserve and the other for parking in an Acrod (Austr Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled) parking bay. Not right, hey?

I cited my perfect driving record when appealing a large fine for a speed camera a couple of years ago...........35 years of perfect.... and the reply was I should have known better, with my driving experience.
I obviously lacked the reference.........
