Beautiful choice. Well done Polks.
I expect if they call George George they will call her Charlotte. Why does anyone think they would shorten it?

The young present Queen was known in family circles as Lillibet.  Prince Harry is actually Prince Henry.  It happens.

Definition of self-explanatory in English: adjective. Easily understood; not needing explanation: the film's title is fairly self-explanatory

I love the name Charlotte, and love all the names chosen. I like Charlie as an abbreviation too.

My name is Charlotte,it is very common now but in the early 70s it was unheard of ,I was called after a grandmother born late 1800s .From my experiences  the most common thing she will hear is re the spider... every kid asked if id spun any webs ect god it was annoying lol . As for harlot only  heard that once but its a name forever associated  with Charlottes web the book

I hated it as a kid thought it was awful but I have come to like it .Cat LOL
