Why some here never start a thread because it opens you up for personal attacks.
Some here only want to turn anything anyone decides to discuss into a format for their own sick sad form of entertainment.
These peanuts need to take a good hard look at themselves but that probably won't achieve anything because they're FIGJAM

if the few who do start threads stopped today then this place would be so quiet you would hear a pin drop

then the moaning would start, why is there no new posts here anymore?

to those who remain calm and keep it civil, i thank you.

but the others who use personal attacks and even spelling for attacking posters, really, find something better to do.

i like finding stories to post, dont like em dont read em, its easy.

All I seem to have to do is post something you don't like on an existing thread and you attack me. I've never directly attacked you.

I also note that david starts a lot of threads, but doesn't seem to suffer from personal attacks. So it would seem to come down to you. Especially when you start threads asking people to have a go at you (which I didn't respond to btw). Or start threads to complain about people having a go at you.

oh but i have been the subject of attacks, not recently but in the past.

even for posting too many threads

it reached the point where i left the boards for a short while

only getting support from many other readers/posters brought me back.

the attacks have pretty much stopped now and i have ignored the main offender pretty much totally since.

sometimes you have to step away, re acess and regroup, decide 'is it worth it'

because so many reached out to me to say 'hey, we like your posts, please come back' i came back.

should the attacks start again (by anyone) id walk away again, possibly forever.

who needs to read lousy comments every day directed at yourself?
