Juicing - who does it?

I'm sick and tired of feeling sick and tired so I've decided to start juicing. I bought a Breville Juice Fountain online. It arrives next week.

Has anyone done this juicing thing before? How did you feel? Do you have a favourite recipe?

Ask Karen she knows all the tricks. I just follow certain people into threads sometimes it gets me into trouble, sometimes it's all their fault

It's all my fault that Clair knows tricks, Freddie 😞

But if you'd like to know too, just click the date stamp for the last post. You can click it from the CS main page, or underneath an OP if a thread is boring and you want to jump to the end.

Arsenic is also in lettuce, but you need to remember about natural combinations.

Arsenic (like most things) is only toxic in large quantities. Also, the combined make-up of lettuce etc help your body to digest the food as a whole.

Your body can easily protect itself (bodies have evolved over time to do this) from these small amounts of natural arsenic BUT cancer cells CANNOT.

Therefore these sources of natural arsenic are helpful in fighting cancer.

When arsenic is administered in large doses, especially as a substance alone, it is deadly.
