60 Minutes tonight.
I have always believed she was innocent.
Now I am convinced after seeing the show tonight. Her journal was a very odd piece of evidence but the autopsies even stranger.

there was a thread about this a while ago.
i'm not completely convinced she is innocent but i do believe there is enough doubt to warrant a retrial.

I have heard of a genetic risk associated with SIDs and death under anaesthetic so it is possible.
It is not unheard of for the families to lose more than one child to SIDs or to die unexpectedly while in surgery.

I think he divorced her after she was found guilty.

I didn't see 60mins but I've always thought if the ramblings in those diaries are the only reason she is behind bars, then a great misjustice has been done.

Pathetic reporting, very one sided as the husband / father should have been interviewed to give a clearer understanding of the situation.
But I am very distrusting of people that think they know other peoples minds, who was that guy that raped the irish girl in Melbourne? He was given the all clear.

Perhaps the husband/father didn't want to be interviewed?
As to your second sentence, found it odd the foster sister was a flat out no, don't care what you say, she did it. And the parole board issue is a whole different story.

How can we make a decision without the evidence submitted at her trial?
I also felt alarm by her step sister's interview.
