Kids' book promoting the benefit of measles:)

A BOOK promoting the "marvellous" health benefits of potentially fatal measles should be taken off the shelves, doctors say.

Melanie's Marvelous Measles is an anti-vaccination book aimed at children. It claims – despite evidence that measles can kill and cause brain damage – that it's a "good thing" to have.

What specific books did you like as a child? Do you remember the moral of the story in it?

Omg!!... What a horrible idea for a children's book!..... What if a kid decided to fight a vaccination because of it!

I loved all books, especially Ann of Green Gables.

If the AMA had any sense at all, they wouldn't be publicising the book, given they are concerned about it.

VS, what pro vaccination  parent is going to buy the book?

I didn't have a book like that and I fought every immunisation I was given.

Poor benighted, attention seeking fools. Stupidity on steroids.

We all know that this scare campaign has been aimed at stupid parents who believe anything & are too stupid to ask someone who knows, like a medical doctor.

Immunization should be compulsory.

Propaganda against immunization should be banned, the perpetrators should be prosecuted.

I see their site has been ordered to remove the name they have on their site as it's totally false advertising.

These people are dangerous fools, spreading lies & false information.

No parent will  buy it.  I hate the idea of banning books.
