Im looking at the Kindle Touch 3G Free 3G + Wi-Fi

I can get one from Amazon for $149. For that price, while it is off, it will get ads on it.

Or i can pay $189 and not get the ads.

A friend of mine gets the ads on hers and she says they are no big deal as they only come on when she is not using it

Does the $189 from A, include shipping?

The free shipping is only to US addresses?
