Kindle advice

They seem so much cheaper on there

I normally read on my kindle but occassionally I need something in colour so then I use the android app.

After 3 years of lots of use.....my kindle has broken 😞

I think i stepped on it 😞

It looks like a chunk has been bitten out of the corner of every "page"

Im devistated 😞

Lucky its nearly Christmas and i can buy myself another one from hubby 🙂

Oh, I have been waiting for mine to die so I can get a new one but it won't.

Then I went and looked but couldn't decide which to get.

What will you get now DDB?

i just wanted one the same as mine but you cant get them anymore. Mine has the little keyboard on the bottom.

Im just not sure about the new touch screen ones

I think we have the same one. I don't want a backlit one but have considered the paperwhite one.
Is the touchscreen backlit?

Im also thinking that i might get an ipad soon, so do i need a kindle as well?

I've had my  Kindle for over 3 1/2 years now, and have innumerable books on it...........oddly enough, though, I prefer reading a real book...........
