"We love you guys, thanks," Sandilands told listeners after the announcement on Friday.

The local commercial radio has clones of the pair

mentioned in the OP.

Funny as a heart attack.

In the mornings i back 2 utes from the work place into the street.

Both radios tuned to the mindless drivel.

Got a questionaire in my post office box.

How can we help the folks in Gippsland.

Told em to hand their broadcast license in lol.

My trading ID used to be jacqui*oh many years ago.  In fact that is how I came up with the j*oono posting one.  It stands for jacqui*oh oh no.

I would have to say that I had never even heard of Jackie O at the time.  At least not the radio one.
