I have a tree full of limes. This is the first year they have been in quantity. I would like to make lime marmalade. I am looking for some tips from CS members please. If you have a tried and true recipe could you please post it. The ones I find on google are varied, so I need some practical help. Any other recipes using limes would be good too. Thanks in advance.

That would be Corona Annie. My boys sometimes have it.
Didn't make it today, went to visit Mum. Tomorrow will be the day hopefully.

Have you tried lime cordial?
Home made lime cordial is very nice.

That is a good idea. I used to make lemon cordial when the kids were small.

I sometimes buy bags of limes on clearance to make cordial. It's so nice. Grandies live it too.

I am no cook so I only do easy things.
But here is a marmalade recipe that is really simple. It is for oranges but I have made lime marmalde this way too.

That looks nice with the Cointreau added. Maybe if the lime marmalade goes well I will branch out. (pun intended) ๐
Well I have juiced the limes, and now they are soaking for a few hours. I plan to add a little bi carb soda as our limes are thin skinned and seedless. Might need a little help setting. We will see.

Thanks sine. I used up the rinds in the marmalade, however the tree is loaded still. Any recipe is welcome.
By the way the marmalade turned out lovely. I was worried it wouldn't set because of the high acid content, but it was fine.
