It is not the content that makes it so funny as his way of describing the situation.

I am in no way trying to put down overweight people I am one myself, but this letter is funny.

Having sat underneath a very large man from Perth to Dubai I can relate to the mans situation, I agree with larger seats for larger people, I don't care weather they have to pay more for them or not, that is up to the airline. I paid for my seat and should not have had to share with this stranger.

What a great description, I'd love to read a book written by that passenger, certainly has a gift ...

Cleverly written, but i found it quite shocking, how he refered to other fellow Human Being/s. Maybe just Maybe, this man seated next to him, had other health problems, cauing weight gain ?? And  the 'large' man should  maybe have purchased 2 seats. No arguments..it is hard being squashed into half a seat. Calling the 3 stewards names as well....just really shows what sort of character this writer has.Yes amusing......... but at who's cost ????
