Yes, I think you are right, it seems like an intermittent thing now. You shouldn't have to change your browser, which one are you using?
Apparently, there is a problem if you have Firefox though, so ultimately, you may need to swap, but really, eBay should have tested it with internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari at the absolute least before putting it on line. It's a bug .. :_|, hopefully though, it will be sorted out very quickly!
