My chances were less than 1%. He's now 6' and a strapping young man. 🙂 I was a lot younger though.

He is still today an amazement. I reckon IVF kids have something special. He's been through so much but I look at the great bearded hairy fellow that has come through with a heart, a soul and a respect for life and I am grateful every day. He still doesn't clean his room though. :^O

PMSL Lobs.I now have this picture of him at 6 years old with a hairy beard.He was born with an extra stomach though so yes, this IVF is scary. 🙂

You can tell I'm old now as I still picture people in feet and inches. When was metres introduced again? 🙂

He's 24 this year.

I remember this setting Adelaide abuzz a few years ago - ABC radio announcer Philip Satchell fathering a child at 70 .... (in 2008 this was).  He had 3 kids already at the time - 41, 38, 37 ...

Fancy being 85 when said child is 15 ....
