Looks like Japan won the war after all.

What a blow to the ego of " The Land of the Free and Home of The Brave"

It would appear that the "Magic Cheque Book" has lost its luster and the "Chickens are going home to roost"

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Japan doesn't have a Republican Party controlled by ideologues who think a system half as good as our own Medicare is a reprehensible thing, something they despise so much they'd let the country they 'love' suffer this.

its a grim thought knowing the LNP are such close kin to the Tea Party loopy lou's

And now for reality.

It actually shows that if you over extend your spending and have to borrow to cover that spending it will turn around at bite you on the butt.

I am surprised that the Yanks , who love to live on credit. finally came to the conclusion that there has to be a limit beyond which even they will not go.

Swannie would have done the same here if he was given free reign.

Living within your means is a good idea.

But as we all know labor love to splurge knowing that ever few years the libs will clean up their mess.
