If Malcolm, not a recording, did phone, I'd be very interested in speaking with him. Politely. I'd like to know what's really going on before I make a decision.

Mr. Shorten does not appeal. I remember his involvement in the removal of not one but two previous leaders, and the questions regarding his private past are not something I regard as a closed issue as it did not go to court.
