"One man is dead and four other people have been injured in two separate stabbings in Sydney.
Police say a 31-year-old man was stabbed a number of times at a unit in Neutral Bay on Sydney's lower north shore earlier this morning.
Paramedics worked to save him and took him to hospital, but he has since died."

Omg I walked past the crime scene this morning with my neighbour on our regular Sunday morning walk. The whole street block was cordoned of with police tape and the car flashing blue light. Photographers taking pics.
It was just up near the Oaks Hotel.
Wonder if it was a drunken brawl gone bad.

That is a horrible feeling isn't it Icy???
when you were just there and then the next day a person is murdered there.. that has happened to me twice..
So sad for the mans family.

Yes it brings your mortality very close to home, cat.
I often feel the same when I see a bad car accident. One minute your tootling along with your life and next minute it comes to a screeching halt.
