Man surprised the Pig Bit.

Large pig bites man in Seaford street attack.

A MAN has been savaged by a large pig that escaped from an industrial block in Melbourne's southeast.

Seaford man Robert Dennis was bitten on the leg by the pig, which lifted him off the ground with its powerful jaws.

Mr Dennis had walked outside his Govan St home to check on a commotion when the pig approached.

If you'd been poked, prodded and shoved around to get you to that industrial area (Read slaughter house) where you could smell blood and guts at every turn I think you'd be prepared to bite the next person who tried to approach you to give you more of the same sort of treatment too.

It was probably scared out of its mind and defending itself in the only way it could.

I am sure the pig was upset..... I was more concerned that the man thought what he did was safe......

He was an idiot for approaching any large animal in such conditions.

Didn't read the story about the pig having his own faceook page and being chased by it's owner who was attempting to return the pig to his home.

Didn't you read the article?...btw, there are NO slaughterhouses in Seaford..it is a beachside eastern suburb of Melbourne.
